We’ve designed Watermark as a place you and your family can come together to relax and unwind. Our house is in the perfect location - close to the beach and the center of St. Simons activity - the Village and pier. Come and enjoy our beautiful, heated back yard pool. Enjoy a meal at our outdoor dining table on our large screened back deck overlooking the pool and landscaped back yard. With outdoor seating, outdoor dining, and the pool, you may never go inside! But when you do, the indoors is bright and open, with a large kitchen with stainless appliances, open to the dining and family rooms. The dining room can seat your full family, and the open living room has a 60" flat screen TV with cable and blue ray player. There are high ceilings and lots of natural sunlight throughout. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Must be age 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend, guests must be age 30+ or kids with their parents, no student groups; we cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
- Property is in a quiet neighborhood, please take any noise inside after 10pm per Glynn County noise ordinance.
- This is a no-smoking property.
- No parties, events, or weddings.
- For pet friendly properties, a $150 pet fee applies. Dogs only, limited to 30lbs or less.
- Guests will be asked to sign the rental agreement.
