Views & Brews has an amazing combination of fabulous views, seclusion in the midst of nature, and proximity to all Asheville has to offer. Views of Lake Julian and Mount Pisgah (and more) are available year-round. Located on 2 acres of land, there are no visible neighbors, and you’re 5 minutes to the grocery store, dining, and more! When entering the mountain home, you will be greeted with a wall of windows and so much natural light. The great room has a wood burning fireplace with a beautiful stone chimney. With the open floor plan, you flow right into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area where everyone will gather to enjoy your favorite dishes. The main level great room or lower-level family room provide plenty of space for all to gather or find some privacy with comfortable guest rooms to choose from. You will also have plenty of outdoor space with the large expansive deck or the terrace level patio. Pull up a chair and take in the views and mountain air, or jump in the hot tub to relax after a day of exploring. Oh, and you’ll also love the new outdoor sauna overlooking those same mountains and lake you enjoy from the deck! Bring your dog and come create your own memorable mountain experience! Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 14 - Max Occupancy: 16 - There are 2 Sleeping spaces in the lower level, 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Full (Total of 7 beds in the property) - A sleeper sofa is available in the lower level - The driveway is steep but 4WD is recommended, specifically during winter months - There is a shared access road, do not block at the base of the driveway. Driveway renovations, including new entrance, completed late summer 2022. - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - Internet Speed: Download - 200Mbps - 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 4 night minimum is required for all holidays - Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
