Views of Lake Julian and Mount Pisgah (and more) are available year-round. Located on 2 acres of land, there are no visible neighbors, and you’re 5 minutes to the grocery store, dining, and more! When entering the mountain home, you will be greeted with a wall of windows and so much natural light. The great room has a wood burning fireplace with a beautiful stone chimney. With the open floor plan, you flow right into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area where everyone will gather to enjoy your favorite dishes. The main level great room or lower-level family room provide plenty of space for all to gather or find some privacy with comfortable guest rooms to choose from. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
