This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home can sleep 10 to 12 guests with the sofa bed in the living room. The Lake View Suite has direct patio access and a separate sleeping nook with twin bunk beds great for kids. After a day on the water have the best night’s sleep on one of the king size beds offered in each bedroom. Take a scenic walk down or short drive to the lakefront boat house fully equipped with kayaks and stand up paddle boards or enjoy indoor activities in the game room with Ping Pong and Foosball. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 10 - Max Occupancy: 12 - Pull out sofa in the living room - Our property management company provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - The pool is seasonally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day - Internet Speed: Download - TBDMbps Upload - TBDMbps - 3 night minimum throughout the year and a 4 night minimum is required for all holidays - Cleaning fee: $450 Our property management company openly shares & clearly posts our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it! - Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, 2023 through the first quarter of 2023(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
