This beach view unit is situated in an ocean-front complex and features a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining room, and a balcony. Please note this is not a single floor condo -- there is a flight of stairs inside the unit. Seychelles is located at the east end of the building facing south so you will enjoy the sunshine on those wintry days when it is just a tad cooler, and love that you are just steps from the ocean! You have beautiful uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, dunes covered in Dune Daisies and Sea Oats, waves rolling in and the beautiful swimming pool, right up close making sunrise a pleasure to get up early! The colors of the sunrise are amazing and as the sun climbs higher they seem to just melt into the ocean. Different each day, you will want to make this a habit! Enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
- There are no pets allowed due to condo association rules and regulations.
- This is a no smoking property.
- Please shower off all sand before entering condo
- Please leave shoes at the door, inside the condo.
- Please be aware: This is not a single-level condo -- there is a flight of stairs leading to the 2nd floor.
