Destiny on the Sand is an end unit with 10’ of extra land and space with 33’ of beach frontage! You can walk directly onto your very own private beach and play in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From the top floor private deck, you can see the coastline from Destin all the way to Panama City Beach! The main floor has the kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a dining area, living area, sunroom, and a large 25’x14’ deck! The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor with a wall of windows to give you a gorgeous view of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
