Coral Palm is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story townhome located in the private gated community of Coral Hammock on Stock Island. The property is less than 5 miles from downtown Key West allowing you to live in a quiet tropical paradise while still being close to all that Key West has to offer.
Entering the property you will feel immediately at home. The first floor has an elegant living space with a dining table for six and a vibrant living room. The french doors open up to the private porch overlooking the palms with an additional outdoor dining space. There is a guest bedroom off of the main living area with two twin beds and a full bathroom just down the hall. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
