The Location - Set high above the pristine waters of Dutchies Beach, Mirage offers unparalleled views of Port Stephens. Keep it relaxed and head directly down to the beach below, famed for its calm, clean waters and a great place for the morning swim, it offers free BBQ facilities, amenities block and a childrens playground to the northern end. There is a grassed landing to the rear of the property as well as access to a pathway that leads to the popular ’Bridle Path’ that skirts the bay. Head along this path into Nelson Bay township approx 2km away for cafes and restaurants either in the CBD or Marina.
The Duplex - Positioned overlooking popular Dutchies Beach, Mirage offers modern open plan living with amazing views from most windows. A split system air conditioner keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. The living area has two x 2 seater lounges, 36 inch Flat Screen TV, free wifi, DVD, CD player, dining table and chairs. A sliding glass door accesses a private balcony with outdoor setting and features an electric BBQ with beautiful vistas across the harbour. The brand new kitchen comes fully equipped and has a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, stove top, microwave and a standard size fridge / freezer.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, mirrored built-in robe, small Flat screen TV, water views and a private ensuite with a glass shower, vanity, toilet and a corner spa bath with a viewing window. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There are internal laundry facilities including a top loading washing machine and dryer. This property also offers a carport space for one vehicle and access down some steps to the duplex.
