This spectacular penthouse in the heart of Sea Point is ideal for those looking for a well priced luxury penthouse. The Space: This double story, 3 bedroom penthouse is situated in the heart of Sea Point in a secure block with parking. Enter on the middle level, where you will find the open plan living and dining areas and kitchen, which open up to the gorgeous deck with private swimming pool, outside dining and spectacular views of the city and Lion’s Head. The master suite is one level above, with an en-suite bathroom and incredible views of the city and mountains. The second and third en-suite bedrooms are found on the lower level. Relax on the deck, take a dip in the pool and watch the sun go down while sipping on a cold glass of South African wine. Life couldn’t get better than this! LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP What is Powered : All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs in the property. They are powered for 4-6 hours depending on what is running. What Isn’t Powered : The air conditioners and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup. Building lifts don’t work during load shedding. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children under 12. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. Other Things to Note: This building does not allow visitors.
