Located within walking distance of the popular Mouille Point Promenade. Perfect for a weekend break, it is close to the beaches, top tourist sites and many restaurants. The Space: Perfect for 2 couples or a small family, this seventh floor, modern apartment has spectacular sea views and is the ideal base from which to explore the Mother City. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, with the top of the range appliances, a lounge with comfortable couches and a TV that has DSTV. There is a dining area that seats six guests, as well as stacking doors that fold away completely to create an amazing space, looking directly onto the ocean. The master bedroom has a King-Size extra-length bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Both are made up with luxurious linen. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom uses the family bathroom. The location is ideal for access to the oceanfront promenade, as is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and cafes, the Green Point Urban Park, and even the V&A Waterfront (about fifteen minutes). The popular beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are only a 5 minute drive and in the city centre, itself are many tourist attractions, markets and interesting sites. Guest Access: Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. It has a wonderful seaside promenade as well as the Green Point Urban Park and the Metropolitan Golf Club. There area number of excellent retaurants and bars in the area. Getting Around: This apartment is ideally located, whether you’re driving yourself or whether you’re going to get around using Uber and public transport. There are also plenty of amenities, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
