"Ebb and Flow" is right on the Corlette waterfront – just cross the grass and you’re at the water! Stroll along the foreshore or beach 100m to find a park and playground, or continue another 500m to reach the stunning Anchorage Marina and Resort. In this picturesque pocket of Port Stephens, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and stunning scenery while steering clear of the crowds – and if you do want to check out the activity at Nelson Bay, you’re just a 5-minute drive away.
This waterfront house has been recently built and is architect designed for family holidays, boasting a unique seamless indoor/outdoor flow on both levels. The ground floor has air-conditioned open plan living with ceiling fans and a modern kitchen with dishwasher, Caffitaly coffee machine, oven, cooktop and microwave, which opens out to a spacious timber deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting, just perfect for waterfront BBQ’s. There is also a second, separate sitting room with 65cm flat screen TV and DVD player, and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi is included.
The upper level has 4 bedrooms (2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed & 2 king single beds), all with ceiling fans and with air-conditioning in the main and 2 other bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms with King beds open right out onto the glass-walled balcony so you have panoramic water views from your bed, and the master also offers an impressive ensuite where you can choose water views or privacy screens while you soak in the tub. There is also a main bathroom which offers another bath, shower and toilet. Brand new beds September 2022.
