You’ll feel like you’re on your own private beach as you enjoy picturesque views out over the turquoise water from your back door, within steps of the waters edge. This lovely holiday home, ideal for a family, is located on a quiet street on the water, within easy walking distance (450m) to village shops, bottle shop, bakery and newsagent and much more. There is a lovely alternative walking route to these shops around the Wanda Wanda Headland, taking in the unspoilt beauty of the Bay, which is still less than 1km walk to the shops. The major shopping centre in Salamander Bay is only 4km away, and Nelson Bay CBD is approximately 10 minutes away (6.5kms), offering boutique shopping, award-winning restaurants and the marina where popular dolphin and whale watch cruises operate.
This unique and comfortable home is situated on absolute water frontage. Grill up a feast in the undercover BBQ area and dine on the alfresco furniture, practically on the beach! Inside, it features a great open plan living area with space for the family to spread out, with cosy lounges, TV and heaters. There is a dining area and an older style, functional kitchen including a dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, microwave and a gas stove top. Ceiling fans feature throughout the property.
The main bedroom has lovely water views with deck access, plus a queen bed, built-in robe and ensuite with a shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, with the 3rd bedroom offering a double bed with built-in robe and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds and a built-in robe. The main bathroom has a bath, separate walk in shower and a toilet, and the laundry offers a washer and dryer.
Parking is available with a double lock up garage and carport. There is also room for a small boat.
