The Blue Mesa Penthouse is located on the top floor of the building that sits on the southeast side of the plaza. La Piazza restaurant is on the first floor, and building access is via the door on the northeast side, adjacent to The Inn at Lost Creek.
Enter this two-level condo from the fourth-floor hallway (elevator access) through the #40B doors to a large living space. The living room has a sofa-sleeper, TV with a DVD player, and a balcony with views of the plaza below and the San Sophia Ridge beyond. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
