The Home
There are countless luxury properties on the beautiful island of Majorca. Sure, we have biases, but we think the best biases are found along our beautiful northern coast. We would like to introduce to you Villa Seablue which can accommodate up to ten people.
Here you can swim from the rocks into the sea beneath the gardens or take a short walk along the shore to one of Mal Pas two sandy beaches. Nearby is the picturesque Bonaire Marina, where you’ll find several restaurants, bars, a mini-mart and a diving school. The quaint walled town of Alcudia is a short drive away.
The town has several large supermarkets, butcher shops, bakers, banks and twice-weekly markets. Not forgetting the famous Roman ruins of Pollentia. The seaside resorts of Port Alcudia and Port Pollensa are 10 minutes away by car. Villa Seablue is located on the seafront with views of Pollensa Bay to the lighthouse and the iconic Formentor hotel.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
