Offering a private roof terrace and excellent views to the Arc de Triomphe, as well as great artwork and space for up to 4 guests. Just a 15 minute walk from Trocadero Gardens, to see the Eiffel Tower across the water.
This apartment is situated on the 7th floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance.

The kitchen offers a contemporary aesthetic and includes all the amenities you will need during your stay.
DINING ROOM
The dining room offers incredible artworks, including one large piece that covers the far wall. There is also a glass table and surrounding chairs here, as well as side tables.
BATHROOM
This bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC and blue basin, as well as blue and white tiling.
LIVING ROOM
The living room enjoys plenty of natural light and access out to the terrace outside. The space includes a corner sofa in black a further sofa opposite the television, as well as a large bookcase.
STUDY/ FIRST BEDROOM
The study includes a desk, chair and plenty of eclectic artworks. The room also includes an ochre yellow sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed to sleep 2 guests.
ROOF TERRACE
An impressive roof terrace, offering amazing views to the Arc de Triomphe and surrounding promenades. There is outdoor seating here, as well as plants and trees.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is decorated in pastel yellow, offering interesting art, as well as a table and chairs. There is a comfortable King-size bed with a television opposite.
BATHROOM
A sleek bathroom, complete with a bath, overhead shower, basin, mirror and small mosaic tiling.

There is a separate WC and basin.
