Bachelor, and the other beauties of Central Oregon. This home sits within a short walk of a dock on the banks of the Deschutes, allowing you to easily go kayaking, tubing, or fishing. You’ll also be close to the slopes of Mt. Bachelor, the Cascade Lakes National Scenic Byway, downtown Bend, and world-class golf courses in every direction. After a day spent on the river or a nearby trail, come home to enjoy the lovely outdoor space by taking an afternoon nap in one of the hammocks, reading on the upstairs balcony, or lighting the gas grill on the deck for a sunset barbecue in the fresh pine air. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
