When booking this family and budget-friendly retreat, you and your group will be granted access to the resort’s community amenities, including charcoal grills, a game room with a pool table, children’s and outdoor pools, a lazy river, a volleyball court, and a well-appointed fitness center. The first floor of your home away from home offers a separate, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Find a double-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. The carpeted living/dining area features a comfortable set of sofas in front of a smart TV with cable and streaming services and a dining table. This area opens up to a small private patio with a seating area and views of the neighboring townhouses. Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent. Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk. Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
