This family-friendly home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Fulton Beach Road for a scenic drive along Aransas Bay or Highway 35. Rockport Beach is just a short six-mile drive - this is one of the most affordable ways to spend the day swimming, grilling, and kids playing on playground or swing sets. Little Bay is less than five miles away and offers birding spots.
From the front entrance/porch area of this beautiful two-story retreat, you will find a boardwalk that leads you either to the community pier in one direction or to the community pool in the other. You can sit on the front porch steps and have a view of the bay. Treat your loved ones to delicious grilled treats using the provided gas grill. Inside, hang out with your beloved group in the living area - snuggle up on the sofa of your choice and stream a favorite movie or series on the smart TV. When mealtime comes around, let everybody gather at the six-person dining table while you serve them their favorite dish. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need, including a dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, board games, DVD movies, and kids’ books. Guests can access the upstairs balcony from the primary suite. There is access to the upstairs balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table from the primary suite.
