At night, rest up in the comfortable bedrooms and get ready for another fun day ahead. The real gem is the backyard which includes a huge deck that overlooks the late. It’s spacious enough for a group to gather. Or, enjoy a quiet moment alone and lounge while watching the river rush by. At night, gather wood for the outdoor firepit and gather around to make s’mores and swap stories. Other highlights include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and cable. WHAT’S NEARBY The home is located on the Guadalupe River which feeds into Lake McQueeny, so water adventures are always right at your fingertips. Guests may also enjoy nearby shops and restaurants. THINGS TO KNOW The GBRA (Guadalupe Blanco River Authority) has ruled that all persons entering the water must be in a flotation device such as a boat, canoe, kayak and must wear a life jacket. So be sure to bring a sufficient number of life jackets for your guests who desire to enter the water. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
