Sterling Shores 1012
Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Inside, you’ll love the whimsical coastal decor and wide-open layout, perfect for entertaining and gathering as a group. The chef can make mealtime magic in the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can eat together at the adjacent table for six or pull up a barstool to keep it casual. Don’t want to cook? No problem - you’re surrounded by lots of local restaurants within walking distance. After a day on the sand, return to relax in the central AC. Use the free WiFi to post the day’s beach pics to social media and watch a little TV to unwind. Call it a night in one of three well-appointed bedrooms, but not before one last visit to the balcony to admire the starry skies over the Gulf.
THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
This rental is located on floor 10.
