Reel Simple offers you all your basic needs for an enjoyable stay at the lake. The condo is located in Striper’s Landing, which offers a community swimming pool with a kiddy pool open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, tennis courts, boat trailer storage, a boat launch, a cabana, picnic tables, and community grills. THINGS TO KNOW Max occupancy is two people, per county and state law.This property is managed by Property Manager Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
