Find classic Maine craftsmanship in a gorgeous setting at this lakefront home on the shores of Brandy Pond in Naples. This is summer in Maine at its finest, with 250 feet of lake frontage, a private sandy beach, two spacious docks, and a floating swim platform. This waterfront home sits on a quiet, protected cove that’s ideal for swimming, playing with young children, paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing (the area to the left of the beach is one of the better fishing spots in the area). Two single kayaks, a tandem kayak, a paddleboard, boogie boards, and life jackets are even provided for your use. On the surrounding acre and a half of wooded land, you’ll find peace among loons, ducks, geese, and foxes and a bald eagle nest atop the trees to the left of the house. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
