Spend your days enjoying the private pool and dock, and your evenings grilling on the patio as the setting sun illuminates the sky.
Upon entering this waterfront home, you’ll be greeted by an open floor plan with high ceilings, central air conditioning, and generous windows and glass doors that frame the bay canal out back. It’s the perfect space for entertaining, offering a gleaming kitchen with stainless steel appliances and subway-tile backsplash, space to gather and dine at a four-person island bar and an eight-person dining table, and a living room with a plush sectional and a TV.
Outside on the back patio, you can take a dip in the small pool, watch boats passing through the canal from an Adirondack chair, or set sail yourself from the dock. There’s even a built-in gas grill with a mini-fridge for al fresco dinners and a gas fire table to curl up next to once the sun goes down.
There’s even more space to relax upstairs, whether you choose to watch TV in the lounge or head outdoors to one of the two balconies. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, free WiFi throughout the house, and community access to an all-seasons pool, a bayfront boardwalk, and a fishing pier.
Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).
