Just a stone’s throw from Ramsgate’s royal harbour, this beautifully renovated 4 bedroom property is right in the heart of this picturesque seaside town. Located so close to the water-front there’s a huge selection of coffee shops, bars ice-cream parlours and restaurants that will suit anyone’s pocket. Ramsgate station with its direct link the London, is just 5 mins away and you’re in a great location to explore Broadstairs, Botany Bay, Margate, Whitstable and Canterbury. The Space: This property gives you a home from home experience with smart TV’s in every bedroom, Nespresso coffee machine and slow cooker and 55" Smart TV in the lounge. The ground floor’s been designed to be a warm, welcoming social open plan space where everyone will enjoy eating and relaxing. In the lounge there’s two sofa’s and a 55" Smart TV mounted above the feature fireplace. The lounge leads into the fully equipped Kitchen, with a Nespresso Coffee Machine and Slow cooker. At the back of the property there is a light and airy dining area with a table and 6 chairs. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all with 42" Smart TV’s, 1 with king size beds, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed and a shower room. Downstairs there’s a basement bedroom with a king size bed and a en-suite wet room again with a 42" smart TV. The property has 1 parking space opposite the property . All TV’s are Smart Televisions but don’t have a terrestrial signal, they use the smart internet apps BBC iplayer, Netflix, ITV hub, all4 etc and please be aware, as with many character cottages the stairs in the property are quite steep. Guest Access: You gain access from a lockbox that we share 24 hours before arrival. The Neighborhood: Located in the very sought after west cliff area, a short walk from the Royal harbour and a variety of bijou restaurants serving locally sourced produce. If you’re looking for sandy beaches, gorgeous walking or a cycling route through an area of outstanding beauty then you’ll love Ramsgate. There’s lots you can do from it’s local royal history, to fishing trips or maybe just a relaxing alfresco meal in one of the many sea view restaurants. The famous tunnel network, is a place that you can explore as well as traditional fresh fish and chips by the sea front and some sea air. Whatever you do, Ramsgate has a lively cosmopolitan feel. Ramsgate and the surrounding area is famous for its natural beauty, with plenty of beautiful coastal trails and walks. Spend the morning browsing the historical markets and shops, then while away the afternoon on one of the gorgeous sandy beaches. Surrounded by so many areas of outstanding beauty like Margate, it is the perfect quintessentially British holiday destination.
