In this quintessential Pacific Northwest setting, you’ll have a private dock on the lake, a small beach to yourselves, and an outdoor firepit at the water’s edge. This house is close to Chuckanut Drive, a beautiful coastal drive that passes multiple state parks and hiking and mountain biking trails.
Take the ramp or the small staircase to enter this lakefront home, where an open floor plan will greet you, along with exposed beam ceilings and plentiful windows framing the lake. The living room is both bright and cozy, offering an overstuffed sofa and armchairs, a wood-burning stove, and a TV and DVD player, with both streaming capability and a DVD library for your viewing pleasure.
Prepare breakfast with a view each morning in the well-appointed kitchen with butcher-block countertops, and eat at the spacious farm table or outside on the covered deck. In the day ahead, you can swim from the dock or the private beach, whip up a barbecue lunch on the gas grill, and share s’mores and stories around the firepit. A washer/dryer is provided to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels each evening.
