Dunroman is a beautifully appointed Daylesford retreat that effortlessly blends old-world charm with modern comfort, creating the perfect setting for family gatherings and relaxing getaways with friends.
Featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sparkling modern kitchen with an eight-seat dining table, the home is thoughtfully designed for connection and entertaining. Two separate lounge areas provide plenty of space to unwind, including one with a cosy wood fire and TV, and another featuring a peaceful library and reading space.
Outside, the wraparound front veranda offers the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or afternoon wine, while the landscaped multi-level backyard includes outdoor seating for eight and a fire pit area, subject to local fire restrictions.
Sleeping up to ten guests, the home offers flexible bedding configurations with one king bedroom able to be split into singles, while a second king bedroom also includes a sofa bed for additional guests.
Perfectly positioned in central Daylesford, guests can easily walk to the main street cafés and shops, Mill Market and beautiful Lake Daylesford.
