The living area comes equipped with a smart TV for at-home entertainment and includes a built-in bunk nook, each with its own TVs as well. The bunk nook, which the owner built himself, also has charging stations built into the wall. The kitchen comes well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for at-home meal prep. The beach and oceanfront pools, including a fun kiddie pool and lazy river, are just steps away. There’s also a gym if you’re looking to sneak in a workout. After a day of soaking up the sun, come home to relax in central air-conditioning. <b>Things to Know</b> All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape.
