This beautiful ranch waterfront home is situated on a very gentle lot with incredible main channel views. Located in the Beechwood West subdivision, this home is convenient to Bridgewater Plaza by land and water. The main level provides an open floor plan with lots of windows for natural light and wide water views. A well-equipped kitchen, dining area, family room with a TV, primary suite with a walkout to the upper deck, two guest bedrooms, one guest bath, and laundry are offered on the main level. On the lower level, there is a large family room with a TV, game table, and pool table, plus a second kitchen, guest bedroom, and guest bath. There is lots of room to enjoy the outdoors with the upper and lower decks with plenty of seating for outdoor dining. There is also a large stationary dock and a natural sandy beach when water levels allow. When the lake is at full pond, the beach area provides shallow walk-in water. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
