This is a six bedroom house located within the Reeds Point development in Jolly Harbour, Antigua. It is the profit place to enjoy a family holiday. The property is on the hillside so has spectacular views over to Pearns Point and five islands. The property has stairs taking you down to the waters edge where you can swim in the calm turquoise waters. The house is just a few mins walk down the hill to the South Beach of Jolly Harbour which is over one and a half miles long. There are sun loungers and a local bar/restaurant at the end of the beach to enjoy local cuisine and cocktails.
The Villa has a spacious living area which leads out onto the upper terrace with a large dining area and fabulous views. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- Occupancy tax:
