Enjoy a quick stroll down the road to a sandy private community beach and beautiful spaces to gather both inside and out. This four-bedroom home is ideally situated in the private beach gated community of Glenn Haven Shores between the charming beach towns of South Haven, and Saugatuck and Douglas, on a landscaped piece of property lined with evergreens. When you’re not lounging on the sand down Beach Drive, you’ll be perfectly placed to explore area vineyards, hike the Saugatuck Dunes, bike the Kal-Haven and Van Buren Trails, go blueberry picking, and catch spectacular nightly sunsets. In the sparkling summer months, make yourself at home in the expansive yard by picking delicious apples, napping in the hammock, lulling yourself into a state of zen...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
