It’s a 10-minute walk to the sacred Whiskey Falls, a waterfall that cascades down large granite rock for miles and miles with limitless views and epic swimming holes. This is one of the main attractions for locals. There are also several nearby trails for hiking and bike riding and it’s nine miles from the Jesse Ross Cabin. The home is at 3400 feet in elevation and receives the best of all 4 seasons. Coming with your family? Find something for all ages. Next to the playground nestled into the forest, is a large sandbox with toys as well as 2 swings hanging from the trees. The glorious Yosemite National Park is only a short drive away. Bass Lake is a twenty minute drive and has restaurants and many swimming/boating adventures.
Upon entry, you’ll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light, thanks to the many viewing windows and sliding glass doors. Cozy up by the wood-burning stove to watch TV in the living area, while admiring the modern exposed-beam woodwork.
