This green tropical oasis is in a wonderful area, centrally located only two blocks from the shopping, dining and nightlife of Atlantic Ave. and a mere 15 minute walk to Delray’s gorgeous white sandy beaches. Perfectly blending elegance with comfort, the home boasts a large family room with floor to ceiling windows framing the lush garden. Flowing from the family room through the formal dining area, you find yourself in the well laid out kitchen with a breakfast bar. The large windows in each room, including the French doors in the master suite, let the light flood into the home. There are three generous bedrooms with impeccable attention to detail. The beds have crisp linens tucked neatly around the mattresses. Both master bedrooms boast an ensuite bath with king size beds. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed as well as thoughtfully placed books for your enjoyment. Outside the home you will find yourself surrounded in mature lush foliage naturally offering the perfect privacy for your family’s holiday. Read a book while the sun sets or walk the quiet neighborhood streets. From cooking in, to walking to the best eateries, this home has it all to offer! There is a traditional drip style coffee pot, Keurig, blender, toaster, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups and a spice rack for your cooking needs! PARKING: Free driveway and street parking. LOCATION: Palm Beach County offers a wide variety of coastal experiences, from the Taste of Delray, shopping and dining on Atlantic Ave, to Delray’s white sandy beaches. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is in nearby Palm Beach. Check out Old School Square which provides a gathering place to celebrate the arts, hosts local farmers’ markets and outdoor music events at the Crest Theatre, The Creative Arts School, Cornell Art Museum and the Fieldhouse and Pavilion are all nearby. Try the open air retail plaza of Delray Market Place for a great lunch spot. For some classic pinball machines and arcade games, Silverball Pinball Museum is a fun place to hang out or try your hand at Putt’n Around Miniature Golf. The Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens are another beautiful Delray Beach experience. For ocean based experiences, Boynton Beach Fishing Charter is wonderful as is Sandoway Discovery Center.
