Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- When booking, please make sure you are aware of all these rules before booking:
- ☆ The sofa bed will be set up for extra guests after 4, or please let us know if you need it to be arranged for an extra fee.
- ☆ We do not allow parties of any nature.
- ☆ We love our neighbours and want to keep them as happy as possible. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, 7 days a week.
- ☆ You are booking an apartment in one of the most centralised suburbs in Sydney. There may be some outside noise from neighbouring buildings, shops or restaurants. This is the same for almost any apartment in this suburb.
