Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Cancellations must be in writing and received by us emailed to Property Managerservices@Property Managervacationrentals.com.
- Reservation cancellations received from OTAs (airbnb, vrbo, booking) are per their terms and policies.
- a. Standard Bookings (Non-Holiday Dates):
- 31 or more days before check-in: Receive a 100% refund of all payments made (minus a $150 administrative processing fee).
- 30 days or less before check-in: No refund is provided. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates and at the same rate, a refund will be issued for the amount recovered, less any applicable fees. We do not guarantee re-rental.
- b. Holiday & Peak Season Bookings (Non-Refundable):
- The following periods are considered holiday or peak season and are 100% non-refundable:
- USA Thanksgiving Week: November
- Christmas & New Year: December 17 – January 3
- Easter Week:
- Refunds will only be considered if the unit is re-rented at the same rate and duration, in which case a refund (minus fees) may be issued.
