Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen or fire up the gas grill outside and dine alfresco on the patio. On rainy days or relaxing evenings, settle into the living area to stream your favorite channels in the glow of the dramatic, wood-burning fireplace. Outdoor fun is right at your fingertips with two docks (each around 40-feet in length) for tying up your boats, swimming, or fishing. Clean your catch in the shed located behind the home complete with a water station and bait fridge. You’ll also find a furnished, lakefront deck, a sand box for younger guests, and a firepit where you can roast s’mores and tell stories as stars fill the night sky. This property is also set right on a snowmobile trail and conveniently close to ATV trails. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Includes three shared kayaks, one standup paddleboard, a pedal boat, and a rowboat. A 4x4 is recommended to reach this property in winter. This vacation rental is on a property with another home that may be occupied during your stay. All outside amenities will be shared between both homes. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
