The home is a 1800 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a dedicated office that can serve as a 4th bedroom in Miami! ROOMS: This house sleeps 9 guests. Please see below for bed count: - Room 1: King Bed (sleeps 2) Private Bathroom - Room 2: Queen bed (Sleeps 2) - Room 3: 2 twin beds (room sleeps 2) -Office space: Twin futon + rollaway bed (sleeps 2) BATHROOM: 3 Full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, soap, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN AND DINING: Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. Dining areas with seating for 6 and all the necessary dinnerware. OUTDOOR AREAS: The backyard has plenty of outdoor lounge furniture. PARKING: Free parking is available right outside the property for two cars. NOTE: Street or grass parking is prohibited. WHATS INCLUDED: Free WIFI, Smart TVs. We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use. DRIVING DISTANCES: 15 mins to Dolphin, International & Dadeland Mall 20 mins to Airport 35 mins to So Beach & Port close to all highways Guest access: The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4 PM due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early check-in. Other things to note: Please NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO GATHERINGS, AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee. The property is protected by Surveillance cameras (located on the exterior of the house only, the front and rear of the house) and noise detectors (do not record). The noise detectors are located on the interior and backyard. DO NOT TAMPER WITH CAMERAS OR NOISE DETECTORS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. Remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. Commercial vehicle parking is not allowed in the neighborhood. Only 2 private vehicles allowed. The home is close to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City-run bike and scooter rental program.
