Covington Escape—Relaxing 1BR Apartment

Apartment is on the first floor of this newly-renovated quadplex. You will find the kitchen stocked with the essential tools for everyday cooking needs, and the bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a coin-operated wash and dryer in the lower level, which you will have direct access to from the apartment. Guests have access to the entire first-floor apartment, shared coin-operated laundry room, and shared patio. Access to the apartment is limited only to registered guests. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. Located in "Old Seminary Square", a historical district in the heart of Covington, walkable to all the bars and restaurants and Mainstrasse is only 4 blocks away. Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us. In that case, we can be there in minutes!
