The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and all bedrooms feature charging stations for added convenience.
As the sun goes down, don’t hesitate to sip a favorite drink on the back patio or take a dip in the private hot tub until the stars come out. When you want to venture a little further from your home base, a plethora of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores can be found in the heart of Horseshoe Bay or Marble Falls.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
