This two-bedroom (plus loft) home sits four miles south of downtown Conway, where you can meet up with the Kancamagus Highway for one of the nation’s most beloved fall foliage drives. The tree-lined property is peaceful, scenic, and ideal for afternoon barbecues on the deck, evening soaks in the hot tub, and nightly stargazing sessions by the firepit. Step inside to find the great room on the middle of the three floors, set beneath towering ceilings and a wall of windows. It’s a room that was designed for easy mingling whether you’re cooking in the open kitchen, dining at the table and breakfast bar, or curling up by the gas fireplace to stream movies on the smart TV. The den provides another cozy space to escape to downstairs, offering a smart TV with Roku, another gas fireplace, and a coffee table where you can set up board games. When it’s time to turn in for the night, choose between two bedrooms on the main floor (each with a standard TV) and a third-floor loft with a TV, a VCR/DVD player, and its own bathroom.
