This property is in the perfect location overlooking the Moray Firth, spot locals know well for sighting the aurora borealis, dolphins, seals and even orcas. The property consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area. Outside you can find a hot tub, outdoor shower and balcony overlooking the sea with great sunsets.
This unique home has everything you need for a family get-together or a long weekend with friends. It’s the perfect base for outdoor adventuring: including hiking, kayaking, open water swimming, golf and snowsports in the winter. If you’re looking for a more relaxed time, jump into the hot tub and enjoy the view.
On the ground floor, you can find:
A secluded bedroom with a king-size bed, a cosy living room leading onto a full-size kitchen and a dining room that can seat 8 comfortably. The dining room opens to your patio. Also, on the ground floor, you can find a utility room and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

The primary bedroom is the perfect oasis, with its own seating area and private balcony overlooking the sea. Across the hall, you have your third bedroom with a king-size bed and the fourth twin bedroom next door. The “snug” acts as a second living space, perfect for movie night or a relaxed game of cards. There is also a shower room.
Outside you can find:
From the double doors in the dining room, you can access the garden, which has an outside seating area complete with a fire pit, sunloungers, hot tub, and outdoor shower, which all enjoy the stunning sea view.
