As you begin to enter the home you will find a gorgeous kitchen equipped with all you need for preparing and serving home-cooked meals. Beautiful stainless steel appliances (including gas stove) and granite countertops with barstool seating for four. The dining room table is expandable and can seat as many as 10 people comfortably. The living room has a huge sectional sofa in front of a custom-designed wall unit. This room is so pretty and elegant with tons of light. There is a 65" TV and Blu-ray player as well. Off of the living room is a large patio so you can enjoy a meal or just relax in the warm sunshine. There is an outdoor grill for your use. Enjoy outdoor luxury dining tables and chairs with seating for 12! The master on the main floor has a King bed with a huge master suite and double sinks. The master TV screen is 49". Just off the master bathroom is the laundry room with a heavy-duty washer and dryer. Another half bath is located on the main floor across from the double car garage. As you go upstairs make sure you notice the night lights that line the stairs for easy soft night lighting. The loft is open and roomy and has another sectional with a sofa bed. A big flat-screen TV and another Blu-ray player are located in the loft. And for hours of family fun, there is a Legends Ultimate Arcade game. There is a door leading to the second outdoor living area that has a cushioned couch and lounge chairs under the beautiful pergola. Back inside you will find the cutest bunk room ever! It has built-in bunk beds that the kids will enjoy. This bedroom also has its own full bathroom! There are two other bedrooms upstairs with their own private full bathrooms as well. One of the bedrooms is roomy enough for two queen beds. The last bedroom has a King bed. Each bedroom has its own 49" TV as well. Talk about perks!
