The house is by the sea, perfect for rock bathing and snorkeling. If you don’t enjoy these activities, why not relax by the pool in the fully fenced garden? The solarium is equipped with outdoor seating that invites you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. There is a barbecue and outdoor dining area. A well-kept garden surrounds the house. The spacious furnished terrace overlooks Puerto Pollensa and Formentor. The perfect place for a sunset. This property is spacious, airy and can accommodate up to eight people. For larger groups of up to 16 people, an additional townhouse can be booked in the same building. There is a comfortable living-dining room with large satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped. The house has four bedrooms. Bedrooms one and two have double beds. Bedrooms three and four have bunk beds and access to a balcony. The four bedrooms are served by three bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. Although the property is a short drive from the popular resorts of Port Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, we strongly recommend that our guests explore the lesser-known beaches in this area such as Manresa and Mal Pas, it’s all gorgeous.
