Hloi is a charming 160 sq.m. villa located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Gerani, just a short distance from a renowned traditional tavern and 2.5 km from a delightful sandy beach. This villa is part of a small, family-run complex of 4 villas.
The ground floor of the villa features a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a dining area, and a veranda that offers views of the pool, the garden, and the surrounding olive groves, mountains, and the sea. On the same floor, you’ll find a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent shower room.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
