The Space:
The main first floor sitting room is warm and welcoming. With a cosy log-effect electric fire, comfy sofas and the most spectacular coastal vistas you’ll be spoiled by the breath-taking views in this homely space.
The modern well-equipped kitchen is on the lower ground floor, with the dining room adjoining. With a large family-friendly table with seating for 16 guests, you can sit and socialize over a meal.
From here, French doors open onto a small yard where steps lead up to the raised decked patio.
A second snug sitting room will be a big hit with the children, with its corner sofa, Xbox and large screen TV, the room provides plenty of space to spread out.

On the lower ground floor, the bedroom has its own access, along with a larger shower, meaning it may be suitable for those with limited mobility.

No better location to make memories-on-sea, with morning strolls along the shoreline feeling the sand between your toes, North Bay urges you to visit with its Blue Flag status being evidence of its ranking as one of Europe’s premier beaches.
Stop off to savour a freshly whipped ice cream or perhaps fresh croissants. Explore the beauty of the Italian Gardens, before heading inland to the town centre for shops, bars and restaurants aplenty. Round off the day catching a performance in The Open Air Theatre, a venue for bands, singers and comedians, or at the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre, home to first-class drama, music, films and comedy.
Fill yet more days with thrills at the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park. Or make a splash at the Alpamare water park with its outdoor pools, wave machine and exhilarating state-of-the-art water rides.
Why not slow down the pace a little with a trip to see the seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and others who call the Sea Life Sanctuary home. Then onto Scarborough Castle with its 3,000 years of history to enjoy.
Getting Around:
If you’re planning to explore further afield during your stay, bringing your car or hiring one will enable you to easily reach Whitby, Staithes, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey, all of which are within an hour’s drive.
No car? No problem. Scarborough Train Station is just a 20 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield. There are plenty of bus services too. Route 12 takes you to the neighbouring seaside towns of Filey and Bridlington, while the X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop-offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.
