Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

House Rules

  • Trash day is Friday. If you are staying over night on Thursday night, we would really appreciate it if you could help us out by bringing the trash bins to the curb Thursday night or early Friday morning.
  • We have a Bbq grill & smoker combo in our backyard that uses wood pellets. We might have some extra pellets from previous guests, but if not you can purchase them at any Home Depot, Lowe's or Menards. All located about 5 min away!
  • TV
  • We have a Smart TV in our living room. NO CABLE. You will be able to sign onto applications like Netflix, HBO, Hulu with your login credentials.
  • Please remember that our home is in a residential neighborhood. Be respectful at all times and abide by quiet hours- 9pm to 8am.
