Located in the peaceful Cumbrian village of Levens near Kendal, Farrers View is a three-bedroom holiday home that is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to spend some quality time together. With views of the stunning surrounding area and set in a quiet location, you’ll be able to enjoy the amenities on offer in Levens such as the Hare & Hounds pub which dates back to the 16th century. The property can sleep up to six guests and is also dog friendly which is an added bonus.
The Space:
All three bedrooms at Farrers View are located on the lower floor. The first bedroom is a spacious room containing a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. It has direct access to the decked rear garden, which is a great spot to chill after a busy day of exploring the area.
The second bedroom is a cosy room furnished with a double bed. Hangers are also provided so you’ll be able to keep your clothes nice and neat throughout your stay.
The third bedroom is a twin room, making it ideal for children and teenagers. The room is also equipped with a wardrobe and drawers to keep your things organised.
Also on the lower floor is the family bathroom. With a bathtub, overhead shower, WC and wash basin, you’ll have the choice of how to enjoy a morning or evening cleanse.
Farrers View’s living space is the perfect space to relax and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV, as well as a balcony with seating, which provides you with the opportunity to take in the lovely views of the surrounding hills.
The kitchen and dining area can be accessed via some steps up from the living room. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances for all of your cooking needs, whilst the space also features two separate dining tables.
Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. Access to the property is gained via a digital door lock, details of which will be provided prior to your stay.
Private on-site parking is available for two vehicles outside Farrers View. A garage is also available for guest use.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted to stay at Farrers View.

The Neighborhood:
Levens is just six miles south of the popular town of Kendal. The village is situated in South Cumbria, just north of the Morecambe Bay estuary, whilst the north-western half of Levens Parish is in the Lake District National Park.
Levens itself is home to a couple of eating outlets such as the 16th century Hare & Hounds pub and mobile fish & chip takeaway. You’ll also be able to make the most of the surrounding area on your bike as there are a number of great cycling routes that can be accessed nearby.
The market town of Kendal has plenty to offer. Whether it’s shops, arts and culture, or heritage you’re after, Kendal has it all.
Getting Around:
The closest train station to Levens can be found in Arnside. From here, there are direct routes to locations including Lancaster and Carlisle, as well as a number of other towns and villages throughout Cumbria and Lancashire.
The 530 bus route stops in Levens, providing direct access to Kendal and other locations within the local area.
