The ground floor of the property is home to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. LIVING ROOM The living room has a homely look with a neutral colour scheme. The room features an electric fireplace and red leather sofas. Ideal for relaxing after a day in Scarborough, you can turn on the TV and enjoy your favourite shows on Freeview or Netflix. KITCHEN Modern in style, the kitchen has white cabinets and light wood worktops. Complemented perfectly with white tiles and silver appliances, this space is clean and welcoming. It is equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle so you’ll have everything you could need for your stay. There is also a washing machine and dryer so you can really make the most of your self-catering break. DINING AREA The dining area includes a wooden dining table and matching dining chairs to create a cosy space perfect for spending time with your loved ones. Whether you’re planning your seaside holiday with friends or family, there will be plenty of room for you to enjoy meals together at Beechville. BEDROOM AND BATHROOM Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find the three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The main bedroom has a neutral colour scheme with light cream coloured walls and white bed linen. You’ll enjoy your night’s sleep in the comfortable king size bed with its premium bedding. The space is complete with black bedside tables, lamps and plenty clothes hanging space. The remaining bedroom sfeature single beds. One room is single and one a twin. These rooms are perfect for families travelling with teenagers or children. REAR YARD Outside you’ll find an enclosed walled rear yard with space for children to exercise and enjoy themselves during their stay. Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is private parking for one vehicle at Beechville. Interaction with Guests: We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. The Neighborhood: Located in the centre of Scarborough, Beechville is just a short walk to all of the attractions. Packed with seaside charm, you’ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover as well as arcades and ice cream parlours. There are a number of beaches for you to choose from. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel. Lastly Cornelian Bay is the remotest and hardest to get to but it’s a hidden gem and often empty. Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a short 15 minute walk from the house where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby. Getting Around: Beechville is within walking distance of all that Scarborough has to offer and within 1 hours’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey. Scarborough Train Station is a short 15 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield. There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.
