The spacious open living room, dining area, and lounge feature a glass wall that allows you to bask in the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, and there are two additional bedrooms with queen beds. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with quad bunk beds for up to four children. For added flexibility, there’s a family room with two sofa beds. The large private backyard features a deck, barbecue area, dining and lounge spaces, and even a sand volleyball court for outdoor fun. Two kayaks and a paddleboard are available for guests to use and enjoy on the lake. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
