Retreat to St. George at Sunrise Corner at the Lofts #43. This 4 bed/3.5 bath townhome is located in Green Valley with hiking and biking trails just out the door!
As you enter this home greets you with an open floor plan where they can enjoy the comfy large sectional sofa and two love leather swivel rocking chairs as you watch a little TV or just enjoy some downtime. This flows into the kitchen where at the bar there is seating for 4, a separate dining space with seating for up to 10. The kitchen has tons of cupboard space and sleek black stainless appliances including a gas range. The main level also boasts a ½ bath, a master bedroom with bath, and an outdoor patio area complete with a BBQ grill and outside dining.
Upstairs you will find a washer and dryer, a bunk room with 2 full over full bunk beds, a huge bean bag chair, and a TV. You can escape and sit on the deck in the cool egg chair. There is a second master bedroom with an en suite with King Bed and TV, and the 3rd bedroom upstairs has another king bed and TV too. There is an additional full bath down the hall. Each upstairs room has access to an outdoor balcony where you can enjoy the views of St George.
