The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob for preparing your favourite meals, and the complete bathroom has a shower for total relaxation. Additionally, it features air conditioning and free WiFi for your comfort. The residential complex stands out for its four communal swimming pools (available depending on season) and extensive gardens with pathways and shaded areas, ideal for sunbathing or disconnecting surrounded by nature. The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the famous Parque de la Paloma, with shops, restaurants and bars within reach, plus a rich cultural offering to explore. As we do in all other properties of our Property Manager brand, all our accommodation includes towels and bed linen. We have cots and high chairs upon request for babies aged 0 to 2 years. And all of this, absolutely FREE. Likewise, guests of Property Manager can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings permit.
