This charming two-storey rural accommodation is perfect for families or groups looking for privacy and comfort in a quiet environment, but close to urban centres such as Alhaurín el Grande. The plot is shared but each dwelling has a private entrance and swimming pool areas that are very well defined to guarantee the privacy of its guests. Rural accommodation for 8 people, near urban centres such as Alhaurín el Grande and with good road connections to all points of interest in the province of Málaga. Outside, you will enjoy an elegant garden area with a swimming pool, barbecue and porch, ideal for sunny outdoor lunches while watching the little ones playing in the pool. Additionally, a small auxiliary kitchen facilitates meal organization and storage of utensils. Inside the house, the ground floor houses a spacious fully equipped kitchen-diner, which connects to the bright living room with Smart TV and views of the garden and swimming pool. This space also includes a teleworking area for those who need to maintain concentration during their stay. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, and access to a private terrace, as well as a bathroom with a shower tray. On the upper floor, with attic ceilings, you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and dressing room, and another ideal for children with two single beds and a bunk bed. Here you also have a second bathroom with a shower tray. The house has free wifi connection to keep you always connected.
